The price is an estimate only. Significant cleaning challenges—including property size, condition, or additional requirements—may incur extra charges or may result on uncompleted tasks due to time constraints.

While we strive to remove all stains, marks, and spots, some may be permanent or non-removable. West Cleaning Solutions is not liable for stains that cannot be removed despite professional efforts.

For vacate or end-of-lease cleans, the property must be fully emptied before the service begins. Additional charges may apply if the property is not cleared, as extra cleaning time may be required.

Our team will aim to complete as much of the requested work as possible within the allocated time. However, task completion depends on what is realistically achievable.

Please note: it is the client’s responsibility to allocate a realistic number of hours based on the size and condition of the property, and the scope of the task.

It is the client's responsibility to select the correct service that aligns with the actual size and condition of the property. This includes accurately choosing the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and overall areas to be cleaned.

Failure to select the appropriate service or provide accurate property details may result in incomplete cleaning due to time or resource constraints.

We take before-and-after photos of the work area to ensure quality and provide proof of job completion. If you do not wish for photos to be taken, please inform us prior to the commencement of the service.

By booking this service the client (or their representative) acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.

Please note that mould removal and soap scum removal each include 1 hour of allocated time as part of the service.

If additional time is required to complete these tasks, extra charges will apply accordingly.

If your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or legal firm, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including any legal fees and charges that would apply as if the full debt had been recovered.

If a property is found to present a hazardous environment that poses a risk to the health or safety of West Cleaning Solutions worker, we reserve the right to withdraw from the job. This includes, but is not limited to, conditions involving excessive filth, the presence of mould, or animal/human waste.

In such cases, a $60 booking fee will apply to cover the reserved time in our schedule.

If any damage or loss occurs during the cleaning service, it must be reported to West Cleaning Solutions via email within 48 hours of the service. To assist with resolving the issue, we require photo evidence and a repair or replacement estimate.

West Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to engage qualified professionals to carry out any necessary repairs and will arrange payment directly with them.

Please note, West Cleaning Solutions is not liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, age-related deterioration, or issues caused by incorrect assembly, installation, or mounting. If you are aware of any items in your home that may be fragile or require special attention, please let us know as soon as possible.

Bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice are dependent on cleaner availability. If we’re unable to accommodate the booking, we will offer either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

The time quoted is based on total man-hours. If more than one cleaner is assigned to the job, the overall duration will be shared among the team members accordingly.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 20% of the total service cost, to help cover our team’s lost wages.

50% cancellation fee will apply if our team arrives at the property and is unable to proceed due to any of the following:

  • Being locked out of the premises

  • A last-minute request to reschedule at the door

  • No one being present, as arranged, to grant access

    Payment Terms
    Where West cleaning solutions has agreed to issue an invoice after the completion of services, the customer agrees to pay the full amount within 7 days of the invoice date, unless a different arrangement has been made in advance.

    If payment has not been received within 28 days of the original invoice date, a late payment fee of $120.00 will apply. Additionally, interest will be charged at a fixed rate of 10% per month, calculated daily on any outstanding amount until the balance is paid in full.

    The customer also agrees to cover all legal and associated costs incurred by West Cleaning Solutions in the event that recovery action is required. This includes legal fees (on a solicitor and own client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and any other expenses related to debt recovery, including mediation, settlements, or court proceedings resulting from non-payment or breach of these terms.

    Key Collection Fee
    If keys need to be collected from a location other than the service address, a  fee will apply to cover travel time and fuel costs.

    Discount Code Policy
    Discount codes are exclusively available to new customers booking Cleaner Co’s services for the first time.
    The discount applies only to the initial cleaning service. Any future bookings, whether one-off or recurring, will be charged at the standard rate.

    Force Majeure
    West Cleaning Solutions shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions or other.

 

Please note that all booking requests are subject to availability. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, we cannot guarantee availability until the booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that you wait for an official booking confirmation from our team before making any arrangements.

West Cleaning Solutions provides services within the Perth Metropolitan Area.

For locations outside of the Perth Metro area, an additional travel fee of $1.50 per kilometre will apply. This fee is calculated based on the distance from Perth CBD to the service address.
