Vacate Cleaning checklist
General Area (One Living space and Hallway)
- Dust all surfaces (shelves, window sills, light fixtures).
- Vacuum carpets (ensure corners and edges are cleaned).
- Vacuum and Mop hard floors (tile, wood, vinyl, etc.).
- Clean light switches, and fixtures (if safe to do so).
- Spot cleaning walls (large wall areas are additional).
- Clean and wipe down air conditioning vents and fans.
- Remove cobwebs from corners, ceilings, and light fixtures.
- Clean mirrors.
- Wipe down doors and door’s frame
*Additional living areas are extra (theater room, second living area, etc)
Additional Services ($60/hr/cleaner)
- Balconies floor and glasses
- Clean windows inside and outside (including tracks and frames)
- Steam Carpet Cleaning
- Outdoor space
- Grout cleaning (except for localised/small areas in the bathrooms)
- Wall cleaning (except for localised/small spot cleaning areas)
- Gardening or tidying up
- Furniture, microwave, fridge and any home content are removable
Bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect toilet .
- Clean and disinfect sinks, taps, and counters.
- Clean mirrors
- Clean shower glass surfaces (remove watermarks and soap scum if removable).
- Clean light fixtures and exhaust fans.
- Clean any shelves and storage areas (inside and out)
- Mop bathroom floors.
Kitchen
- Clean all countertops
- Wipe down cabinets (inside and outside)
- Clean the sink and taps (remove any stains or buildup if removable).
- Clean the stovetop and oven (inside and outside).
- Clean the dishwasher (wipe the exterior and empty the filter).
- Clean the range hood and exhaust fans.
- Clean the kitchen floor (mop thoroughly).
Bedrooms
- Dust wardrobes (inside and out including glass/mirror)
- Vacuum floors.
- Mop any hard flooring.
- Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans (if safe to do so).
- Clean window sills
Laundry Area
- Clean shelves and storage areas (inside and out)
- Wipe down counters and sinks.
- Mop the laundry room floor.

Starting to think they pay for reviews. Had first clean today when you would think this would be a decent clean to make a good first impression things not clean and then cleaner wants to leave half an hour early! Absolutely lovely girl but unfortunately not cleaned to any decent standard. And they make you pay before cleaner comes so…. Also communication is terrible - message and phone call and no response… and can see they are online on Facebook!

Our standard vacate cleaning price covers the bathrooms, selected bedrooms, one living/dining area, kitchen, and laundry.Any additional spaces such as the garage, balcony, theater room, study, extra living areas, or exterior areas are not included in the base price and will incur an extra charge.If you require additional areas to be cleaned, let us know, and we’ll provide a tailored quote to suit your needs!
Stain/spots/ marks: Our cleaning service aims to remove stains, marks, and spots; however, some stains may be permanent or not be removable which
we take no responsibility for it.
Property to be vacate: Please ensure the property is fully emptied before the commencement of the vacate/end-of-lease cleaning. Failure to do so may
result in additional charges for extra cleaning hours.
